CORBID ENGINEERING is a level 1 BBBEE owned company established by young dynamic and innovative individuals who had a great deal of work and business experience in the mechanical and industrial engineering sector.
Witnessing the shortage of young black professional engineering businesses, we decided to join forces with our plethora of skills and branch out into the engineering business world as engineering product and service providers.
Our unity, transparency and the drive of reaching a similar goal, lead to the establishment of CORBID ENGINEERING.
WHAT WE DO
At CORBID ENGINEERING we specialize in the design and manufacturing of machinery, equipment, systems, parts and components for various industries. We also offer turnkey solutions for plants, mills and mines.
The solutions we design, manufacture and supply are made for the food and beverage, mining, fertilizer, cement, sugar, maize, paper, pulp, petroleum, automotive and locomotive industries. Quantities of one to a few thousand in parts and components are made to order, for local and global markets.
We manufacture material handling machinery and equipment and weighing systems. We have a full manufacturing workshop and breakdown service. We service, repair and recondition parts for mechanical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic and equipment and parts.

Therefore, every small emerging business needs the strong hand of mentorship, especially in the inception stages.
We have been fortunate to be mentored by leading engineering companies and firms to foster our growth. From the beginning of our
company’s existence to current these companies have fostered us through training, experience, subcontracting to joint venturing on projects. Our business relationship with our mentors stands as a partnership more than anything else.
